Danny spent an awful long period on the phone with me to try to ascertain the root cause of my issue. This could have easily cost me a lot of money which I didn’t have to pay. In my opinion he is very knowledgeable and an honest tradesman. I have built up a trusting relationship with him to assist me in any future works. Took his time to explain to me the reasons I did not need to embark in an unnecessary work of moving my shower pump to the loft. Would definitely recommend FPS to anyone.

This company were fantastic as listening and going thru various diagnostics. They helped me to assess and review our issue which in turn got resolved . The telephone support was professionally handled and explained. Great support and listening is an excellent key skill which is very important in a business.

They turned up on time and was ready to start work. They changed the kitchen tap as the old tap was leaking. They found another leak on some pipes underneath the sink. All fixed and at a reasonable price.
